Television appearances include The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, and The Late Show with David Letterman

He is co-curator for Day of The Dead, a 59-track tribute to the Grateful Dead spearheaded by The National benefitting global AIDS/HIV charities via the Red Hot Organization, featuring Mumford and Sons, Wilco, Angel Olsen, Bela Fleck, Shannon Van Etten, Lucinda Willams, Real Estate, The Flaming Lips, and others.
