Suzi Barrett has made it her mission to take the self-helpy-ness out of self-help with her slightly snarky (but mostly sincere) decks, journals, and activity books. Suzi is also an actor and teacher and lives in Los Angeles. Her TV credits include Drunk History, How I Met Your Mother, and Kirby Buckets, and she was a series regular on the Disney Channel sitcom Just Roll With It. She’s written for Our Fascinating Planet with Demetri Martin, America’s Next Weatherman on TBS, and is the creator/author of the best-selling humorous self-help series Affirmators!.
